Politique d'expédition
In most cases, orders are processed within 2-5 business days*. In-transit times vary by carrier and method. *Choosing expedited shipping methods does not decrease order processing and production times.
- During peak seasons (holidays, sales, store openings, etc), processing may take additional time.
- At this time, our carriers are experiencing longer delays than normal. In order to ensure that you receive your order in time for the holidays, we suggest that all orders be placed by December 8th; however, we are unable to guarantee delivery dates at this time.
- We do not ship on weekends and holidays, which may delay the processing and shipment of your order.
- Pre-order sales for any merchandise do not have a guaranteed shipment date unless provided in the product description. Any given estimated shipment dates are subject to change.
Pre-Order
Preorder items generally take 15-30 business days for order processing and production. Please refer to individual product details for estimated shipping dates. In most cases your order will not ship until each item in your order is in stock. To ensure faster delivery of your in-stock items, we recommend placing two separate orders - one for your preorder items and one for your in-stock items.
Shipping and delivery dates are not guaranteed unless specified.
If you are placing an international order, we are unable to guarantee the timeliness of arrival of your package, although orders arrive in 2-4 weeks in most cases. There may also be duty payments required at the time your package arrives, we are not responsible for the additional costs incurred on international orders.
Lost or Missing Packages
Lost or missing packages for orders showing a delivered tracking status are not eligible for replacement or refunds. Once a package leaves the fulfillment facility with the carrier delivery is beyond our control. Check with your neighbors and contact your local post office for a GPS location of where and when the package was dropped off.
Damaged, Incorrect, or Incomplete Orders
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete please email us at: mylessmith@wearsthetrend.com.
If damaged, please provide evidence of the damage in your email and we will provide a return label via email. Once the damaged item has arrived at our facility, we will provide a replacement provided the item is in stock. If not, we will provide another item of equal value.
If your order contains an incorrect item, please email us and we will provide a return label via email. Once the incorrect item has arrived at our facility, we will ship the correct item to the address provided. If for some reason the correct item is no longer in stock we will submit a refund for that item or can send a replacement item of equal value at your request.
We will not be responsible for damages to merchandise once the item has been washed or worn.
If you are returning an item for a refund, please allow 3-5 business days for the item to be processed. Refunds typically take 2-3 business days to appear in your account once they have been processed but in some cases may take up to 10 business days.
